Consult
A no-pressure conversation and walkthrough. We listen for how you live or operate, what's not working, and what 'finished' looks like to you. You leave with a realistic budget band and a clear next step.
Design
We come back with direction — layouts, materials you can hold, and a look you sign off on before anything is ordered or demolished. Nothing gets built on a guess.
Build
Sequenced trades, weekly updates, a clean site and a single point of contact. The part most people dread, run by people who do it on purpose.
Reveal
Punch list closed, space styled, walls anything but plain. We hand back a room that photographs as well as it lives — and ask how we did.
